Re: Covid-19 Updates
Dear Night Lighters,
Your health and safety have been the utmost priority as we’ve considered how best to move forward amidst COVID-19. We’ve been closely monitoring the situation with the help of local and state authorities while also watching the response of other large scale public events with a similar capacity.
Due to the nature of our event, there are a few factors that make Night Lights unique to other large gatherings. Since we host an outdoor event and our venue capacities are expansive, if needed, we’ll be able to practice social distancing protocols more effectively than most other gatherings.
Unless any orders are in place by local, state, or federal agencies, or health and safety concerns exist, Night Lights will plan on welcoming participants as usual while implementing all preventive measures recommended by all relevant health agencies.
2021 RESCHEDULED EVENTS:
We have worked with the venues, local police, fire, and health officials to secure new dates for the following Night Lights events:
All previously purchased tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date and no action is required on your end.
If the rescheduled date doesn’t work for you, please email our team for a free ticket transfer to any Night Lights event of your choice or ticket credit to use towards future events.
Our email is support@nightlightsevent.com
If you have previously purchased tickets or are planning to attend a Night Lights event not listed above, know that we are still planning on operating as normal, however, we are still relying on guidance from officials. We will continue to provide updates as we communicate with authorities and if anything changes, you will be notified promptly.
In the case that an event is forced to cancel due to state or local restrictions, refunds would absolutely be granted to all ticket holders for that specific event. A postponed date does not translate as a canceled event.
At the end of the day, Night Lights was created to not only bring people together but to honor our individual experiences as well.
With the support from our fantastic venues and the transparency we’ve had with local government officials, we will safely bring communities together. We will continue to exercise caution and remain mindful of the ongoing COVID-19 situation.
As we navigate through this new normal, we encourage you to let go of fear, anxiety, and sadness just as we do our lanterns.
Despite the uncertainties we all face during this time, we look forward to meeting underneath lantern-lit skies.
Please feel free to reach out to our team with any questions or concerns. Thank you for your continued support.
Warmest Wishes,
The Night Lights Team
